College is stressful enough—food shouldn’t be
Between dining halls, packed schedules, and constant pressure, food can quickly become another source of stress. Maybe you skip meals without meaning to, snack late at night, or feel anxious about food choices and body image. You’re not alone—and support can make a big difference. College is about growth, connection, and possibility—not food anxiety. Together, we’ll make eating simpler, calmer, and more sustainable.
I help students create simple, realistic ways to fuel their bodies and ease food-related stress. My approach is practical, non-diet, and rooted in understanding the realistic challenges of campus life.
What we’ll work on together:
Building easy, go-to meals and snacks for busy days
Strategies for dining halls, dorms, and limited food access
Tools to manage food guilt, anxiety, and body image pressures
Balancing energy for studying, social life, and sports
Reducing the overwhelm of food decisions with simple structure
